Detailed description of services provided: Rozenhof Villas (Pty) Ltd is a business operating in the tourism industry and provides luxury self-catering accommodation to both business and leisure travels.

Cancelation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled and deposits will be refunded according to the following policy: 0 – 30 days prior to arrival: No Refund; 31 – 60 days prior to arrival: 50% Refund of Deposit; 31 – 60 days prior to arrival: 100% Refund of Deposit *Rozenhof Villas (Pty) Ltd will refund the guest accordingly within 15 days of cancellation.. Cancellation of accommodation by the guest will attract a 5 % administration fee.

Customer Privacy Policy: Rozenhof Villas (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of our clients. For the purpose of this clause “Personal Information” shall be defined as any information provided from the client to our business, either directly or via the online platform.

Payment options accepted: Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Collection Luxury Accommodation’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card acquiring and security: Card transactions will be acquired for Rozenhof Villas (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
